Idris Davies Ltd is one of the largest private landlords within Cheltenham and all the properties are managed by the company. Our in-house property management means that our tenants can contact us directly without having to go through an agent; this results in a more responsive service than that provided by many landlords.
In addition to the residential properties, Idris Davies Ltd also has a commercial property portfolio with a range of tenants from multi-national companies to local start up businesses.

Meet the Team
Charlotte Pack MRICS
Director
Charlotte is a Chartered Surveyor and has extensive property experience having worked in the industry for over 15 years. Prior to returning to Cheltenham, Charlotte spent ten years in London working in various roles which included a commercial property fund, a residential development company and a variety of positions within the accountancy firm PwC.
Charlotte is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and overseeing the asset management of the investment properties. In addition to working on the existing portfolio, Charlotte is involved in sourcing opportunities ranging from new development projects, planning gain sites & investment property acquisitions across both the residential and commercial sectors.
Out of the office Charlotte is busy with her family & young children and trying to be outside as much as possible, whether at the coast or the mountains!

Mark Davies
Director
Mark first started at Idris Davies in 2002 working on the residential developments in West Wales, gaining experience in site infrastructure, services, planning, project management and day to day running of new build construction sites. During 2002 – 2006 he went on to successfully build out several development sites in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire as well as managing several smaller residential conversion projects, a new build industrial development and building and managing a small residential portfolio.
Mark has gained his NFoPP Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management. Mark has also project managed several Grade II residential conversions in Cheltenham town centre which have been incorporated into the investment portfolio.
Away from work Mark is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys seeing the world. He regularly enjoys distance running, mountaineering, skiing and jumping out of airplanes!
Lorna Richardson
Company Secretary
Lorna has worked for Idris Davies for over 30 years. Initially involved with residential lettings and maintenance she has now moved over to manage our commercial properties and our day-to-day book-keeping. There are not many things that Lorna won’t have dealt with or seen over these years so experience is key!
Lorna has a great knowledge of residential and commercial property law having successfully attended many Landlord & Tenant courses and seminars and likes to keep up to date with any changes.
Away from the office you’ll find her out in our beloved countryside camping in the family campervan, with husband Adam and their boys, Maxwell and Jack. Lorna also enjoys walking and taking part in park runs.

Keri McFarland
Residential Asset Manager
Keri joined Idris Davies Ltd in 2017 and her main role is looking after the residential lettings portfolio and overseeing planned programmes of maintenance.
Keri has a wealth of knowledge in lettings and property management with over twenty years property lettings experience, and successfully gained her NFoPP Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management in 2015.
Originally from Edinburgh, Keri worked for a number of independent lettings agents there before moving to Cheltenham in 2010 and working for an International estate agent.
Outside work Keri enjoys spending time with her family and Baxter the Westie!
