Our properties are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies, a minimum of a six month contract. All flats are let on an unfurnished basis but can be supplied with white goods.
Every viewing is accompanied by a member of staff who is familiar with the accommodation.
Should you wish to proceed with a letting then our application process is quick and simple to complete.
Our application form can be completed by email or by hand with a low fee of £30.00 per applicant. If your application is successful the primary applicant fee of £30 will be credited against the admin fee. All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application form. If the form is not returned to the office within 24 hrs of the viewing we reserve the right to continue letting the property to another party.

The report is usually completed within 3 days of submission. The fee is non refundable should your credit report be unsatisfactory or if you decide not to proceed.
Please note that if you are in receipt of any income related benefits or have a low credit rating you may be requested to provide a Guarantor for the rental agreement. An additional fee in this instance of £50 is payable. The Guarantor will be requested to complete a separate agreement to guarantee the rental payment for the period of the tenancy.

All monies must be received as cleared funds prior to a tenancy commencing and keys being issued.
The deposit is only refundable at the end of your tenancy as long as the tenancy has been satisfactorily conducted, and is subject to a final check on the property. The deposit will be returned within the guidelines set out by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are adequately insured against loss or damage.
Rents are normally paid calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The Tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account. Please contact the office if you require these bank details.
